Our goal is your complete satisfaction, nothing less.
Last years tax season was unprecedented, causing significant delays in filing returns, receiving refunds, corresponding with the IRS and state taxing authorities, etc. We are hoping this year will run much smoother.
Due to the current state of the pandemic, we have made the very difficult decision to not accept in-office appointments this year. Please know that this was a very tough decision and is being made for the health and safety of all of us and the staff.
This does not change the quality of service that you have grown accustomed to in the past and will continue to receive. All lines of communication will continue to be open including email, telephone, and fax. We are encouraging everyone to provide your documents as early as possible. All documents can be uploaded to your portal, emailed, faxed, mailed or dropped off.
For everyone's safety, please do not enter any of our firm's individual offices. As we did last year, there is a table in the hallway that you can leave your documents on and write down any questions or concerns you may have.
To assure the confidentiality of all clients, please give us a call before coming in to drop off or pick up any documents!
Please be advised that we are limiting the foot traffic in our office during this time.
For your safety and ours, we are asking our current and future clients to please take advantage of our secure client portals. Please give the office a call and we can set you up with one!
In the event you do not have a portal, you can email, fax or mail your documents directly to us.
